We hope you love your G&B purchases. However, if you are dissatisfied for any reason or you have simply changed your mind please contact us immediately. We are happy to refund or replace and unworn, unused items returned to us in their original packaging and condition within 14 days of delivery. You will be responsible for your postage costs for returning an item to us, unless that item is faulty. Please note, you are responsible for the product until it reaches us, so we suggest returning it using Royal Mail 2nd class Signed for service, so it can be traced if necessary. Please notify us by email of any returns prior to shipping and we will contact you by return to confirm we have received it. If we approve the refund we’ll aim to refund you within 2 working weeks.
